We email your art proof within 1 business day. Once you approve it, your throw is woven in 1–5 business days and takes 2–5 business days to reach you (US only, tracked). Most orders arrive 4–12 business days after ordering. If your proof waits for approval, or your photo arrives later, dispatch moves back by the same number of days.

If something’s wrong

If your throw arrives damaged, defective or clearly different from the proof you approved, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We’ll remake it or refund you, and you don’t need to send it back.

Each throw is made to order for your pet, so we can’t take change-of-mind returns once you’ve approved your proof. Until then, you can cancel for a full refund.

Good questions.

Will it really look like my pet?

We draw the portrait from your own photo and keep their markings, face shape and colouring. You see it as a proof before anything is woven, and one change is free. If your photo won’t work well, we’ll tell you and you can send another.

What if I don’t like the proof?

Tell us what to change and we’ll send a new version; one change is free. Nothing is woven until you reply to approve it. If you’d rather not go ahead, you can cancel for a full refund before you approve.

Will it look like the pictures on this page?

The pictures here are digital previews, mockups and illustrative scenes, not photos of delivered throws. Weaving uses a limited set of thread colours, so the throw looks softer and slightly simpler than a screen, and pure white weaves as a warm off-white. That’s why our styles use bold shapes and a few strong colours.

What photo works best?

One pet, face in focus, good light, taken at their eye level. Phone photos are fine. Send a JPG or PNG up to 20 MB; on iPhone, choosing from your Photos converts it automatically.

When will it arrive?

We email your art proof within 1 business day. Once you approve it, your throw is woven in 1–5 business days and takes 2–5 business days to reach you (US only, tracked). Most orders arrive 4–12 business days after ordering. If your proof waits for approval, or your photo arrives later, dispatch moves back by the same number of days.

Can I send my photo later?

Yes. Tick “I’ll email my photo after ordering”, then reply to your order confirmation email with the photo within 48 hours. We start your proof when it arrives, so delivery moves back by any days we wait.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll remake it or refund you, no return needed. The full terms are in our returns policy.

Can I order for two pets?

Yes. Each throw gets its own photo, style and size. After you add your first throw, choose “Add a second throw”; 10% comes off the lower-priced throw automatically at checkout.

Is the art made with AI?

Partly. We create each portrait with AI-assisted tools, then adjust the colours and shapes by hand so it weaves well. You approve the result before anything is made.

What happens to my photo?

We use it only to make your portrait, share it only with our weaving partner, and delete it within 90 days of delivery. We never use customer photos in our ads.
